A perfect base for sightseeing in Edinburgh. Nice welcome from owner. Reasonably spacious rooms provided with relax etc, an amazing view, as for instance. Setting near main attractionsites as well as the castle. Great price, met needs.

We had a great stay in Edinburgh near local bus links and attractions like Holyrood Palace, the park, and the Royal Mile. The apartment is conveniently located near Holyrood Palace, Dynamic Earth, and Princes Street.- We really enjoyed our time at the apartment with the friendly owner.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, situated right next to Holyrood Park. the location was fantastic for walking and exploring. the apartment was clean, warm, and comfortable. Iain, the owner, was always available and provided helpful recommendations for dinner. We appreciated the stocked fridge and cupboard, which saved us from food shopping. a great experience!

the space was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated with indoor plants, paintings, and fancy lighting. There was ample room for our little one to run around, and we appreciated the provided breakfast. the location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and a bus route within a 6-10 minute walk. the area was peaceful, perfect for the quiet break we were looking for.
Didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊.
